C&RS professionals analyze patient records, assign ICD (ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS), CPT, and HCPCS codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services provided to patients for timely and accurate healthcare billing, reimbursement, and medical necessity.
